What it is
Not an agent — the dealer's control over all of them. Every agent works from the store's Dealer Vault, inside the rules the dealer sets. The crew fills the gaps; the dealer draws the lines, and can redraw them at any time.
What it does, day to day
- Brand voice — how the store sounds: tone, words, sign-offs, taken from the dealer's own examples and held in the Dealer Vault.
- Approved messaging — the messages and sequences the crew is allowed to send. Nothing goes out that the dealer hasn't approved.
- Escalation rules — what triggers a hand-off: a buyer asking for a call, a buyer heading in, deal talk, sensitive topics, anything the dealer names.
- Hand-off routing — which human gets which kind of conversation, with the full thread attached.
- Guardrails per agent — each crew role carries its own: the Inbox Agent's no-reply rule, the Acquire Agent's no-price rule, the Nurture Agent's frequency caps. All set, and changeable, by the dealer.
A day with the You Set the Rules
Nothing about the rules is visible on a normal day — and that is the point. The crew answers, books, follows up, and nurtures inside them; the only time the dealer notices is the moment a conversation crosses a line they drew, and a human gets it first.
Guardrails
The rules themselves are the guardrail. Change a rule once — a new escalation trigger, a new approved message — and the whole crew works the new way from that moment.
What setup takes
Brand voice examples, approved messaging, escalation rules, and who receives hand-offs.
The ruleset in the Vault, each agent's guardrails and hand-off triggers, and the routing table.
The crew works the store's way at every hour — and the dealer can prove it, conversation by conversation, in the log.
How it connects
The rules are the operating system for all eight agents — every page in this crew series ends at the same place: human judgment sets the rules, the crew works inside them.
Meet the Crew — watch & listen
